Summary
Edmond bans any property condition that breeds rodents or insects and threatens public health. The County Health Department can order it fixed within 24 hours, or the City abates it and liens the property.
No owner or occupant of any premises shall allow thereon any source of filth, cause of sickness, condition conducive to the breeding of insects or rodents that might contribute to the transmission of disease, or any other condition adversely affecting the public health. Any such condition is hereby declared a health nuisance and may be abated as provided in this article.
