Section 7-468.2 puts direct compliance duties on hosting platforms operating in Broken Arrow, not just on individual hosts. A platform must post a conspicuous notice to users that a city STR license is required, and must provide a dedicated field for the license number on every Broken Arrow listing. Once the city gives written notice that a listing lacks a valid license number, or covers a suspended or revoked STR, the platform has three business days to remove or disable it. A platform that meets those three duties is shielded from liability for user-posted content lacking a license number: a safe harbor that only applies if the platform actually complies.
