Commercial activities and loading/unloading are prohibited between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Animal noise disturbances apply equally to rental properties. The NJ statewide noise code (N.J.A.C. 7:29) sets residential limits of 65 dBA daytime and 50 dBA nighttime. The Code Enforcement Division and Police Department enforce both STR and noise regulations.
