No person shall store, leave, or otherwise allow for recreational vehicles or trailers of any type to occupy any residential real property in any of the following circumstances (for the purpose of this section only, "recreational vehicle" shall include, but is not limited to, the following: motor homes, motorcycle trailers, boats, jet skis, ATCs and ATVs): [Amended 8-11-2021 by Ord. (1) When the placement of the recreational vehicle or trailer obstructs vehicular vision or otherwise impedes or impairs the safe flow of traffic. Placement of recreational vehicles or trailers may not constitute an "obstruction of vision" within the sight triangle at any joining of two streets as defined in the Code at § 245-22 as the triangular area formed by intersecting street lines and a line joining points each 30 feet distant from said intersection along said street lines.
(2) The recreational vehicle or trailer is unregistered.
(3) The recreational vehicle or trailer is inoperable.
(4) The recreational vehicle or trailer is placed upon a vacant lot unless the owner also owns and occupies a dwelling immediately adjacent thereto.
(5) The recreational vehicle or trailer does not belong to the owners and occupants of the dwelling which is located on said property or immediately adjacent property.
