No person shall park any bus, minibus, tractor, trailer of any type, including, by way of illustration but not of limitation, trailers for boats, personal watercraft, garden maintenance equipment, motorcycle trailers and containers or equipment as well as cabs and all trucks having a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of more than five tons, on any street or right-of-way within the Township of Brick between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. As used in this section, GVWR is the weight of an "unaltered vehicle." If the vehicle is altered at all after manufacturing, it will be judged by all alterations, size and type, from the cab back. [Amended 8-11-2021 by Ord. No. 15-21]

B. No person shall leave, park, abandon, or otherwise allow or cause to have any bus, cab or truck having a GVWR of more than five tons to be located on any residential lot at any time. [Amended 8-11-2021 by Ord. No. 15-21]

C. No person shall leave, park, abandon, or otherwise allow or cause to be parked on any private residential property or Township street immediately adjacent to said property more than two commercially registered vehicles at any time.
