Sec 10-41(6) folds noise control into its short term tourist rental standards by requiring a copy of Section 7, Article 4 of the Montgomery County Code, the chapter's noise provisions, to be provided at the rental itself. That sits alongside the rental's other required postings: the property management plan naming local contacts who respond to complaints and unruly tenants must also be posted visibly inside the unit, and the operator must submit an emergency evacuation plan for the dwelling and neighborhood. The noise-posting duty means guests can't claim ignorance of what the county's noise ordinance restricts, and it gives the Sheriff's Office and Zoning Administrator a documented basis when responding to a noise complaint at a short-term rental. The requirement applies only to short term tourist rentals operating under a county zoning permit in the unincorporated area outside Blacksburg and Christiansburg, both of which set their own short-term rental and noise rules within town limits.
