04(a)(7) requires a host to provide off-street parking for one vehicle per every two bedrooms within the dwelling unit. Like the occupancy cap in the same subsection, the parking ratio scales directly with bedroom count: a two-bedroom short-term rental needs one off-street space, a four-bedroom rental needs two, and so on. 03(g). 03(b)(5), giving the Commissioner the bedroom count needed to verify the required parking ratio is actually met before a permit issues. 06.
