Section 4.2.58(F) sets a straightforward parking formula for short-term vacation rentals: at least one off-street parking space for each bedroom used as a part of the STVR. Street parking does not satisfy the requirement; the spaces must be off-street, whether in a driveway, garage, or dedicated pad on the lot. The bedroom count that drives the parking math is the same one that caps occupancy at two overnight guests per bedroom under subsection C, so the parking supply is meant to track how many vehicles a fully booked rental could bring to the block.

Subsection K adds a separation rule that indirectly protects available on-street parking near lodging-heavy blocks: it is unlawful to operate an STVR within 500 feet of another STVR, a bed and breakfast, boarding house, home stay bed and breakfast residence, hotel or motel (including extended stay), personal care home, or child caring institution. That 500-foot distance is measured in a straight line between the closest points on the two properties' lines, without regard to intervening structures, so it applies even where two lodging uses face different streets.

Together, the off-street parking mandate and the 500-foot buffer are meant to keep short-term rentals from overloading a single block's curb space or clustering into a de facto motel row.
