Tustin, CA Sign Regulations: Garage Sale Signs (2026)

The City of Tustin permits garage-sale signs under limited conditions described by the Community Development Department. Signs may be displayed only between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Each sign must be no larger than 4 square feet in area and no taller than 4 feet in height, and must be placed on a stake set into the city parkway, the landscaped strip between the sidewalk and the curb.
