Sec. 6-2.02. Permit Required. Violations & Fines
Section 6-2.16 makes any violation of Chapter 6-2, including knowingly misrepresenting a material fact to obtain a permit, a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for up to six months, or both. Each day of continued violation is a separate offense, and a permit already issued may be revoked under Section 6-2.14 for fraud, felony conviction, or conducting business as a breach of the peace.
