(a)There is hereby imposed a $15.00 permit fee for groups of people who consume 3.2 fermented malt beverages in any public park facility in the city.(b)Consumption of 3.2 fermented malt beverages by permit issued pursuant to subsection (a) of this section is limited to the following public park facilities in the city: Pioneer Pavilion, North Jeffco West Park, Allen House Pavilion, Oak Park, Oak Park Pavilion, Lutz Sports Complex, Youth Memorial Complex, and Arvada Tennis Center, Mechelen Pavilion Memorial Park, and McIlvoy Park Pavilion.

The Director of Parks, Golf and Hospitality Services issues the written permit subject to chapter 6 (the city's alcohol regulations) and several conditions: the permittee must be a natural person 21 or older; must remain with the group the entire time beverages are consumed; must keep the group's noise within the maximum sound-pressure limits of § 38-91; must pay for any cleaning or damage to the facility; and must ensure the group transports and drinks only from nonglass containers.
