Lakeville allows groups to use its city parks for scheduled activities under the permit process referenced in Lakeville City Code § 7-1-2(B), which exempts permitted activities from the park's general 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. curfew. Once a group is using a park under that kind of arrangement, Lakeville City Code § 7-1-4-7, titled Park Rental, imposes a group-wide consequence for misconduct: violation of any city ordinance by a single member of the group triggers immediate expulsion of the entire group from the park, not just the individual violator.
