Pursuant to Anchorage Municipal Code chapter 10.45 the license fee for recreation and amusement activities, which include carnivals, circuses, fairs, other amusements, public concerts, and shooting galleries, is $50.00. (AR No. 87-104) Regulation R10.50. REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE SALE OR SERVING OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ON MUNICIPAL PROPERTY § R10.50.001. Consumption of alcoholic beverages on municipal property. The municipal manager or his or her designee may allow the sale, service or consumption of alcoholic beverages on municipal property where the municipal manager or his or her designee finds such activity is of public benefit and is not inconsistent with the public health, safety and welfare. Any person, group or organization may make written application to the municipal manager or his or her designee for permission to sell or serve alcoholic beverages in connection with lawful events or activities they propose to conduct on municipal property. A. Applicants for permission to sell or serve alcoholic beverages on municipal property shall submit an application in writing to the municipal manager or his or her designee no later than ten working days before the activity or event for which application is made.
