30 LMC, Article VIII. 730(B)). 740: the site must be left free of debris and litter when the event ends, a temporary use in a parking lot cannot take more than 20 percent of the required spaces, adequate off-street parking and safe vehicle circulation must be provided, and no temporary use may occupy public rights-of-way, parks or other public land unless the City Council specifically approves it. A fair or carnival may not run more than 45 days in a calendar year, though the Director may authorize an additional 45 days if the extension still meets the purpose and standards of the article.
