Exception: A swimming pool with a power safety cover or a spa or hot tub with a safety cover that complies with ASTM F 1346 shall be exempt from the provisions of this section. Swimming pools, spas and hot tubs on lots in excess of two acres shall be exempt from the provisions of this section.
