Nevada and Las Vegas have not banned flavored tobacco or vape products. Menthol cigarettes and flavored e-liquids remain legal for adults 21+, in contrast to California, Massachusetts, and several other states.
Las Vegas has no ordinance banning flavored cigarettes, cigars, e-liquids, or hookah tobacco, and Nevada has not enacted a state-level flavor restriction. Adults 21 and older may purchase menthol cigarettes, flavored vape pods, and flavored cigars at any Las Vegas tobacco retailer. The federal flavored cartridge restriction on prefilled cartridge e-cigarettes still applies, but disposable vapes and refillable open-system e-liquids in fruit, dessert, and menthol flavors are legal under Nevada law. Retailers must still follow Tobacco 21 age and signage rules.
There is no flavor-ban enforcement, but selling flavored products to under-21 buyers or violating federal cartridge rules triggers Tobacco 21 and FDA action.
