All persons disposing of garbage, trash, refuse, or recyclables for collection shall only place same along the curb directly in front of his or her property. No garbage, trash, refuse, or recyclables shall be placed along the curb for collection before 6:00 p.m. of the day prior to the scheduled collection in that ward. In the event that the garbage, trash, refuse, or recyclables placed along the curb is not collected on the scheduled collection day in that ward, it must be removed from the curb after the scheduled collection has taken place and may not be placed at the curb again until after 6:00 p.m. on the day prior to the next scheduled collection day in that ward.
