(b) Automated collection system. Violation of this section is a municipal infraction punishable by a fine not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00). ... (a) Time of collection and removal. All refuse subject to collection by the City must be placed out for collection not earlier than 5:00 p.m. on the day preceding the scheduled collection day for such location, nor later than 12:01 a.m. of the day of scheduled collection. All containers shall be removed as soon as possible after collection and may not remain curbside after 7:00 p.m. on the day of collection. Violation of this subsection is a municipal infraction punishable by a fine not to exceed one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
