In general. Violations & Fines
No person may stop, stand or park a vehicle within fifteen feet of a container in a way that blocks a collection truck under § 52.18(C); doing so can draw a premium collection fee and leave the waste uncollected. Waste not placed according to Chapter 52's placement rules is a nuisance under § 32.50, subject to Chapter 32's abatement and penalty provisions.
