Pembroke Pines residential trash collection is provided by Waste Pro USA. Garbage carts must be stored in the side or rear yard at all times except during the collection window. Carts may be placed at the curb no earlier than 6 PM the evening before the scheduled collection day and must be retrieved by 10 PM on collection day. Carts must be placed near the curb with at least 3 feet of clearance from mailboxes, utility poles, trees, gas or water meters, fire hydrants, vehicles, sprinkler heads, and anything collection equipment could damage. Lids must be closed. Material outside the cart will not be collected during regular service.
Carts left curbside outside the collection window are property maintenance violations.
