Proper cart placement ensures efficient automated collection and prevents damage to carts and property. Oversized items placed next to carts for bulky pickup must be scheduled in advance. Carts damaged during collection are replaced by the waste hauler at no charge. Residents with mobility limitations may request backyard service for an additional fee.
Improperly placed carts may not be serviced on collection day. Repeated improper placement may result in service notifications and code enforcement action.
