Refrigerators, freezers, and AC units require freon removal by a certified technician before pickup and a sticker confirming removal. Construction debris, tires, hazardous waste, and yard waste are excluded from bulk pickup. Yard waste (palm fronds, tree trimmings under 4 feet and 50 pounds per bundle) is collected separately on vegetation day.
