SWA provides weekly bulk and vegetation pickup at no extra cost. Items must be placed curbside on the scheduled vegetation/bulk day. Limit is generally 6 cubic yards per week per household.
Bulk waste (furniture, appliances, mattresses) and vegetation (tree limbs, palm fronds, yard debris) are collected once weekly on the same day in most SWA service areas. Vegetation must be cut to lengths no greater than 4 feet and bundled if loose. Limit per household per week is approximately 6 cubic yards. Refrigerators, freezers, and AC units must have refrigerant removed by a certified technician before pickup. Construction debris is NOT included; residents must use SWA Home Chemical and Recycling Centers (free for residents) or contract a hauler.
