Trash or refuse defined as unacceptable in section 24-62 and section 24-63, except subsections 24-62(b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (h), and (j) will be collected by the city upon request and upon payment of five hundred dollars ($500.00) per load, plus any applicable disposal charges.
