(A) Single-family dwelling; multi-family dwelling. The City Manager may provide written notice to the owner of any premises that the above minimum removal requirements are not sufficient to avoid the creation of a public nuisance due to unique circumstances at such premises. City may direct that solid waste shall be removed by the owner of any premises so notified on a more frequent schedule (as determined by the City Manager) and/or that additional or larger containers shall be utilized (as determined by the City Manager).
