SCC 8.05.070(A) requires every responsible party, person, or commercial or residential solid waste generator to place their solid waste and recycling in containers provided by their service provider. SCC 8.05.080(A)(2) then hands the scheduling piece to that same provider: the designated collection days shall be determined by the service provider, not by a city-wide ordinance date.
