Hours of Collection. Except in the event of an emergency where specifically directed by the Mayor or his designee, or the Woodbridge Office of Emergency Management, solid waste shall not be collected within the Township between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. ... No solid waste shall be placed at the curb before 4:00 p.m. of the day prior to the schedule of collection. All empty containers shall be removed by 9:00 p.m. in the evening of the day of collection. With regard to nonresidential establishments, no solid waste shall be placed at the curb before 6:00 p.m. of the day prior to the schedule of collection.

Violations & Fines
