F governs outdoor dumpsters and other trash receptacles for non-residential uses in Loveland, Larimer County, Colorado, layered on top of the collection and container rules in Title 7 of the Municipal Code. Every dumpster or other trash receptacle must sit on a concrete pad and be entirely screened from view by an opaque enclosure wall and gate at least six feet high.
