Garbage in the Urban Services District's residential areas must be at the curb by 8:00 a.m. on collection day and cannot go out before Friday's last pickup or stay past 6:00 p.m. after collection.
In the residential district, garbage shall be placed on the edge of the curb not later than 8:00 A.M. on all days upon which garbage is to be collected, and in the business district not later than 9:00 P.M. on days upon which garbage is to be collected. No garbage shall be placed on the streets in the residential district after the last collection on Friday and before the following Monday... No garbage shall be picked up from the backyard of any property in the residential district.
