Each person who generates solid waste from residential property shall, in accordance with C.G.S. § 22a-220(f), separate from other solid waste the items designated for recycling pursuant to C.G.S. § 22a-241b, or section 36-115 and every other person who generates solid waste shall, in accordance with C.G.S. § 22a-220(f), make provision for the separation from other solid waste of the items designated for recycling pursuant to C.G.S. § 22a-241b or section 36-115.
