For tree branches, brush and twigs, the landscape waste shall be tied and bundled with string, rope or twine into a manageable size, not exceeding 50 pounds in weight. No one bundle shall exceed four feet in length nor more than two feet in diameter, and shall not contain limbs greater than three inches in diameter.
