Noncustomers, including building contractors, pay set fees, $35 for a level pickup load and $40 for a cab-high load in a full-size truck, scaled down for mini trucks, cars, and vans. Separately, § 14.12.110.J bars placing tree limbs and leaves in any street, alley, or public place except when the city runs a designated brush-collection program, though residents may always use the diversion center instead.
