Summary

Las Vegas property owners, occupants and managers must repair water leaks. LVMC 14.11.070 makes it unlawful to waste water after a notice of water waste, including failing to fix a leak or letting a broken pipe run unrepaired.

It is unlawful for any owner, occupant, or manager of real property served by a water provider to waste water after a notice of water waste has been issued.
