02(e) applies to every hive regardless of size or location on the lot. 04(a) requires a written application to the environmental health officer describing the property, the species and number of animals to be kept, and an agreement to abide by all conditions imposed. 04(b)(2) requires the applicant to obtain written consent from 75% of the owners or occupants of property within 150 feet of the premises, or alternatively prove the property lines already sit 150 feet or more from any structure; a street separating properties removes the consent requirement for owners on the far side.

09(b), the permit runs one year from issuance, and it's renewable annually with an added fee. 05, the environmental health officer can attach conditions addressing unsanitary conditions, unreasonable noise or odor, or rodent and insect problems, and can modify or revoke the permit, effective ten days after written notice by certified mail, if those conditions aren't met.
