350 makes it unlawful to keep ponies, horses, mules, jennets, bulls, cows, calves, sheep, hogs, pigs, goats, minks, rabbits, skunks, ducks, geese, pigeons, chickens, turkeys, bees (including honeybees), or other domestic animals or fowl anywhere in the city except as the rest of Article IV allows. 360 for a written permit from the Health Department, which must describe the applicant's location and facilities, the size of the premises, dimensioned drawings of pens, cages and housing, the number and purpose of the animals kept, and, where relevant, a veterinarian's letter addressing any public-health risk.
