Hutto Code of Ordinances section 18.02.002(c)(1) makes it a class C misdemeanor for any person to hunt, catch, trap or feed wildlife within any city park, folding coyote and deer feeding into the same prohibition that covers fishing and camping in park areas. The section sits in article 18.02 (Parks and Recreation), so it reaches municipal parks, trails and pool grounds; it does not regulate feeding wildlife on private property outside city park land, and it does not authorize a city-run cull or trapping program of its own.

Fishing is carved out as a separate, permitted activity under posted catch-and-release and catch-and-keep rules, but the hunt/catch/trap/feed clause applies without a comparable exception. Subsection (j) sets the penalty: anyone violating any part of section 18.02.002 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, punished by a fine under the code's general penalty section, 1.01.009, which caps most unspecified-penalty violations at $500.00 and lets each day of a continuing violation count as a separate offense.
