Section 106-40 bans feeding domestic or migratory ducks, geese, and swans on any land the Town owns, leases, or manages, including parks, preserves, beaches, and drains, at any time of year. Section 106-42 exempts state, federal, other-municipal, and privately owned land, so backyard feeding isn't reached by this article.
