(2) Residents of the Town of Babylon seeking a resident parking permit for the Copiague Railroad Commuter Parking Lots must apply to request said permit; no permits will automatically be issued to residents of the Town.
(3) Any person holding a resident parking permit for the Copiague Railroad Commuter Parking Lots for their vehicle must remove said permit from their vehicle and surrender it to the Town upon cessation of residency within the Town of Babylon.
E. In any Town marina or campground, the parking of all golf carts and low-speed vehicles, including those vehicles bearing license plates, is prohibited at all times.
