Summary
The Town of Babylon has no single townwide overnight parking curfew. Traffic Code § TC-3-4 instead lets the Town Board designate specific streets as "no parking" zones with hours posted on signs and recorded in Schedule K, so restrictions vary block by block.
The parking, standing or stopping of vehicles in the locations described in Schedule K is hereby restricted as follows:
A. In locations designated as "no parking," the parking of vehicles is prohibited at all times or during the hours or time periods indicated, if any.
B. In locations designated as "limited parking," the parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited for a longer period of time than that specified during the hours indicated, if any.
C. In locations designated as "no standing," the standing of vehicles is hereby prohibited at all times or during the hours indicated, if any.
D. In locations designated as "no stopping," the stopping of vehicles is hereby prohibited at all times or during the hours indicated, if any.
E. In locations designated as "bus stops," the parking, standing or stopping of vehicles other than buses is hereby prohibited.
F. In locations designated as "taxi stands," the parking, standing or stopping of vehicles other than taxis is hereby prohibited. Taxis using such stands shall not be left unattended and shall be subject to all other vehicle and traffic regulations of the town.
G. In locations designated as "metered parking," the parking of vehicles shall be subject to the provisions of Article III of this chapter, and parking is hereby prohibited for a longer period of time than that specified during the hours indicated, if any.

Full Breakdown
In the unincorporated hamlets governed by this code, West Babylon, Deer Park, Copiague, Wyandanch and the rest, overnight parking limits are set street-by-street, not uniformly. § TC-3-4 authorizes "no parking," "limited parking," or "no standing" designations for locations listed in Schedule K, with the prohibited hours (if any) stated on the posted sign for that block. Many residential streets do carry a nighttime no-parking window, but the exact hours differ from one street to the next, so drivers must check the sign rather than assume one town-wide overnight cutoff.
Violations & Fines
Parking in violation of a posted no-parking designation carries a $50 fine under the § TC-1-5 schedule of fines for § TC-3-4 offenses, plus a mandatory $25 surcharge; unanswered summonses are penalized at double, triple, or quadruple the fine after 30, 60, and 90 days.
