060(C) sets specific door hardware and egress standards for any room housing a peep show or video arcade device: no person or corporation may operate the business unless there are no fewer than two doorways providing ingress or egress from the room, each doorway at least 36 inches wide and at least six feet eight inches tall, and all such doorways must remain unlocked during business hours and operable from the inside without the use of a key, special knowledge, or effort. This sits alongside related fire and visibility standards in the same section: walls or partitions forming a booth around a peep show or arcade device must be built of at least one-hour fire-resistive material per the Glendale building and safety code (subsection A), aisles in any room containing the devices must be at least 42 inches wide (subsection B), the complete interior of the viewing area must be visible upon entrance with no fully concealed booths (subsection D), and a minimum light level of two footcandles at floor level must be maintained throughout patron areas (subsection E).

Subsection F required any arcade or peep show lawfully operating before the ordinance's adoption to come into conformance within three months of the ordinance's effective date, and applies the section to any establishment for which a building permit to construct or maintain booths is issued after that date.
