Section 42-50 sits in Chapter 42, the fire prevention chapter of the Bradenton Code of Ordinances, and sets the sprinkler rules for buildings in the City of Bradenton, Manatee County. Subsection (a) sends the reader to Table 1 by occupancy class and adds its own trigger for basements or cellars with ceilings less than 54 inches above grade or floor areas exceeding 2,500 square feet, and for any lounge or nightclub.
