Table 17.20.150, printed under § 17.20.150 of the Casa Grande Municipal Code, sets a maximum building height of 28 feet for the R-1 Single-Family Residential Zone. The height line sits directly beneath the zone's setback schedule, which requires 20-foot setbacks on all four sides for structures for all other principal or conditional uses beyond a standard single-family home, and a uniform 50-foot setback for schools, civic, cultural and religious institutions and their accessory structures over 675 square feet.
