The exhibition, demonstration, showing, distribution, solicitation or sale by any person of sexually oriented products or obscene materials in gatherings of one hundred (100) or more people on a parcel or parcels of land located or operated within one thousand (1,000) feet of any existing sexually oriented business, or any church, synagogue, temple or other place of public worship, or any elementary or secondary school or any school bus stop or any municipal or county playground or place of public resort and recreation, or any hospital or any child care center, or within one thousand (1,000) feet of any area zoned for residential use. For purposes of this paragraph h., the following definitions shall apply:
1. Exhibition means the sale of admission to view obscene materials.
2. Showing means to cause or allow to be seen.
3. Person means an individual, proprietorship, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, association, or other legal entity.

In the RRRD (Raritan River Revitalization District), Edison Township Code prohibits exhibiting, showing, distributing, soliciting, or selling sexually oriented products or obscene materials to gatherings of 100 or more people on any parcel within 1,000 feet of an existing sexually oriented business, a church or other house of worship, a school, a school bus stop, a municipal or county playground, a hospital, a child care center, or any residentially zoned area.
