5 governs off-street parking in the R-AA Residential District and caps front-yard paving: not more than twenty percent of the required front yard may be paved for driveways and parking, and any parking area must sit on the same lot as the building it serves. That section incorporates by reference the townshipwide design and space standards of § 37-60, which apply in every zoning district. 3(q), a one- or two-family detached dwelling must provide at least two off-street parking spaces per dwelling unit, and a paved driveway with a surface area of 350 square feet satisfies that requirement.

2(i) requires curb cuts to sit back at least 25 feet from a street intersection and at least five feet from a property-line intersection, with at least 25 feet of curb between two driveways serving the same property, reducible to five feet on restricted frontage. 2(b) requires every off-street parking area, paved or not, to drain so it does not damage abutting property or public streets and to be built of material that assures a surface resistant to erosion, maintained by the owner in a clean, orderly, dust-free condition.
