Violations & Fines
Operating an unlicensed Adult Business, or working there as an Entertainer, Server or Manager without a personal license, is a misdemeanor under 5.05.150: a fine of not less than $1.00 nor more than $500.00, up to six months' incarceration, or both. Each day of continued violation is charged as a separate offense. Failure to post the license on the premises is treated as prima facie evidence the business is unlicensed.
