Section 9-1-35.10(e)(9) lists nine categories of activity that can never qualify as a home occupation in a Laguna Niguel residential district, no matter how small the operation. A resident who wants to work on cars commercially in Laguna Niguel has to locate the business in a zoning district that allows automotive service as a principal use, such as the CG general commercial district, rather than attempt to operate it as an accessory use out of a dwelling.
