In Bloomfield Township, New Jersey, depositing or keeping anything that feeds rodents or gives them a breeding place or harborage, in or on any land, premises or building, is a declared public health nuisance under Chapter 640. The Board of Health enforces it through written notice giving the owner not less than five days.
