Sec. 70-63. Parking on street. No auto trailer or other trailer as defined in section 114-1 shall be permitted to park on any street in the city overnight. Sec. 70-64. Storage of trailer on owner's premises. Nothing in this division shall be deemed to prohibit the storage of any auto trailer on the home premises of its owner for any length of time when not used for living or sleeping purposes.

No person shall, within this city, abandon a motor vehicle upon the right-of-way of any public highway, upon any other public property, or upon any private property which he does not own, lease, rent or otherwise control unless it be at a licensed salvage yard or at the business establishment of a demolisher.

Residential permit parking area designation: A residential permit parking area may only be established in areas of the city zoned R-O, R-2, R-4, R-6, and R-8. A residential permit parking area may be established by filing a petition with the traffic department upon a form to be prescribed by the traffic department and approved by the city council planning/streets and traffic committee.
