In the City of Eden Prairie, City Code Section 9.34, Subdivision 1 makes it unlawful to place, deposit, display, or offer for sale any fence, goods, or other obstruction, including an electrical cord or device, on public property without a written permit from the City Manager or a designee. Each day the obstruction continues without a permit is a separate offense under Subdivision 5.
