In the City of Eden Prairie, a household may hold no more than four garage sales in any twelve month period, and no single sale may run longer than four consecutive days, under City Code Section 11.11, Subdivision 4.J. Sales are allowed only at a dwelling that has received a Certificate of Occupancy.
